Living Silence
Ten-part drawing installation
Mixed media, drawing
Living Silence is an installation of ten drawings that invites the public to contemplation.
Each drawing emerged after meditation, in a new visual language in which intuitive symbols, circles, lines, and stacked words come together into a resonant field of energy on paper. The installation explores the ambivalence of silence and opens up space for new insights about the self, the other, and our position in the world.
The installation can be seen from 23 November to 20 December at Bradwolff Projects in Amsterdam, in the duo exhibition Resonance with Hee-Seung Choi.
Living Silence is supported by the AFK.
